Cometa Mágico has no share in the transactions between purchasers and sellers, and shall not be responsible for the quality, safety or legal status of the items offered for sale of exchange, nor for the capacity of purchasers or sellers to close the transactions or to effectively make them.
Cometa Mágico is not responsible before users or third parties for the damages directly, indirectly or remotely caused by the interruption, suspension or termination of the services rendered by Cometa Mágico in this site.
Cometa Mágico commits itself to protect the identity and personal records of its users and not to sell its database. This information shall only be available in a safe page and shall not be transmitted by the Web.
Since Cometa Mágico offers a free service and does not own the items offered for sale, we would much appreciate being advised when the items are in wrong categories, should not be offered for sale because they are inappropriate, offensive, illegal or of restricted sale. Below is a description of the general terms applicable to take part in an auction. Please fill in the notice order and auction registration form .
The publication of the offers is totally free. Cometa Mágico is not responsible for the quality, safety or legal status of the items offered for auction, nor for the capacity of sellers or puchasers to close their transactions or for them to be carried out effectively. Cometa Mágico offers the possibility of higher security and reliability of auctions through an agreement entered into with Sucompra.com
Auctions procedure shall be as follows:
An article with the basic price is published by the offerer.
The purchaser e-mails his offer to Cometa Mágico
Once the offer term has expired, Cometa Mágico notifies both parties on the possible transaction.
The price is paid by the purchaser.
The product is sent to the purchaser by the seller upon his receipt of payment.
The product is received, inspected and accepted by the purchaser.
1% of the item price is paid by the seller as auction expenses.
All transaction terms are agreed upon by e-mail.
